Field Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer with a Civil Engineering or Geology degree who can travel to PA and NJ for field testing. Key responsibilities include testing samples from job sites such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and rebar, and transporting these samples with their identifying documentation to the lab for further testing. You will submit data and observations in written and digital reports to the Project Manager daily, and perform inspections on reinforced concrete, structural masonry, spray-applied fireproofing, and roofing. Additional tasks include maintaining and cleaning equipment, vehicles, and work areas, as well as adhering to strict safety standards. You will also assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians to project sites, and you will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.
