Essential Functions: • To be present at the front desk of the assigned building during your shift to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors to the building.• To receive Short Term tenants on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (Martin Hall).• To be Tenant/Guest Customer Service oriented at all times.• To Maintain all desk logs accurately and appropriately.• Distribute USPS and TJU mail to tenant mailboxes. Log and distribute package deliveries to tenants. Record forwarding addresses and first-class mail of tenants that have moved.• Receive and record all tenant request/complaints maintenance /custodial requests to management via email as they are received.• Record all apartment/room keys distributed during shift on StarRez.• Conduct all move-in/move-out desk procedures within StarRez as outlined in office procedures.• Adhere to emergency procedures and provide incident/ fire safety reports when applicable.• Enforce all security policies.• Maintain control of short-term access cards (Martin Hall).• Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsEDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Excellent Customer Service skills.
