Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative Lead position in Fayetteville & Springdale school-based departments. The CSR lead demonstrates advanced knowledge of internal concepts and practices, including the integrated care model with specialization working with complex assignments. The CSR lead is able to assume responsibility for achievement of team goals, providing implementation, instruction and support in order to reach them. The CSR lead typically works independently on complex work assignments, reviews progress made on weekly team tasks, evaluates results and updates CSR Supervisor as appropriate. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all.
