Monte Carlo Hospitality Group Seeking Restaurant Manager for Rampoldi restaurant in New York City. MCHG team brings to the United States the rich culinary tradition of Franco-Italian gourmet style and the well established experience gained in the luxury sector with the Rampoldi restaurant in Monaco, creating a truly recognizable brand. The Rampoldi restaurant, the heart and founder of the project, was opened in 1946 and is now the oldest, recognzied and celebrated institution in Monaco, awarded with a Michelin star, and since 1970 the New York Times has regularly recommended its readers to pay a visit to the Rampoldi restaurant on thier triops to the Cote d'Azur. Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics: Independent, self-motivated thinker. Previous experience in all hourly roles (has growth history in FOH roles). Has strong understanding of POS systems-Aloha/Micros, Avero and Opentable/Resy. Previous Maitre D' experience a plus. Fine dining experience a must. Possess strong understanding of restaurant financials. Experienced in forecasting. Experienced in dynamic scheduling. Has strong understanding of cost controls. Owner mentality. Understanding and experienced in beverage purchasing, managing cost and maintaining inventory. 1-3 years restaurant management experience, in a high-volume setting . FULL AVAILABILITY -Must be able to work weekends and holidays. *Previous restaurant experience in 150 seats, 3 meal periods ideal.
