POSITION SUMMARY Under the guidance of the Grandlife FandB Office Manager, the GL FandB Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting with FandB administrative needs, and daily FandB Reporting. The GL FandB Office Coordinator must effectively communicate with vendors and guests while providing timely reporting. The GL FandB Office Coordinatorperforms following Grandlife Hotels Service Culture and achieves stated objectives in timely and accurate reporting, guest relations, professionalism, positive teamwork, and organization. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES o Assist with reconcile general ledger for all FandB outlets o Assist with reconcile FandB monthly statements o Assist with generate Monthly Sales Mix Reports for all venues o Create Purchase Orders for FandB outlets for all venues: Soho Grand Hotel Roxy Hotel Soho Diner Kitchen o Manage monthly declining balances for operating expenses o Assist with maintain accurate transfer records of products between hotels and withindepartments for proper accounting o Process check request for vendor payment o Act as a liaison between vendors and hotel o Assist in the Re-Bid process o Process all FandB invoices into Yardi system o Maintain a meticulously clean/organized workspace, in accordance with look book standards set, and inventory par levels o Assist with any logistical and administrative duties assigned by the GL FandB Office Coordinator o Professionally and clearly communicate on company email o Follow safety guidelines QUALIFICATIONS o 1+ years of experience working in high volume and luxury properties o 1 + years of experience in accounting practices o Food and Beverage product knowledge o Advanced computer skills o Advanced Microsoft office o Strong organizational skills o Self-motivating and self-starting o Dependable and punctual o Must have flexible and open availability o Have the ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, and carry multiple objects o Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal o Provide legible communication o Compute basic arithmetic ABILITY TO o Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Demonstrate ownership of the guest experience o Follow directions thorough to completion o Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. o Expected to complete task in timely manner o Highly motivated and pro-active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions WORK ENVIRONMENT o Food and Beverage outlets and Kitchen areas o Standing for prolonged periods of time o Under variable temperature conditions o Under variable noise levels o Around chemicals
