Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Stamford, Connecticut. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of communication for our clients, ensuring a professional and smooth experience. This role is integral to maintaining our strong client relationships. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: - Address client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner through incoming phone calls. - Effectively manage and process customer tickets through our internal system. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, including delivery details. - Utilize email to communicate with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and confirming details. - Discuss and explain service rates, answering any questions related to pricing and billing. - Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers. - Conduct data entry tasks and schedule appointments as required. - Utilize your skills in answering inbound calls and customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience. - Maintain a professional approach in handling email correspondence and order entries. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. - Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Experience with email correspondence and the ability to craft professional, clear, and concise messages. - Skilled in order entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Ability to schedule appointments effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and importance. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications. - Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High school diploma or equivalent education level. - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
