Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY:BEES is ABI's global digital platform, providing an ecommerce B2B experience for POC's, deployed through AB Wholesalers BEES allows retailers to order, browse, and pay invoices (where legal) at their convenience 24/7. Additionally, BEES US covers a broad product suite, including the Campaign Portal, Payment Portals, BEES Management Portal, and Satisfaction surveys. These tools are ultimately responsible for the full digitization of the US POC universe. Our goal is to help our wholesalers and retailers sell more, sell more profitably, and improve customer happiness.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Offline Integration - responsible for delivering the sales process evolution through digital transformation. Defining the new role of the rep and tools that are needed to truly elevate the sales team. This includes developing training that is both wholesaler-facing and retailer-facing, and defining a curriculum to ensure that our sales teams are digitally certified.Responsible for digital transformation for the entirety of the United States, inclusive of BEES Adoption (Digital Net Revenue, Buyers), Engagement (Digital Comms engagement & Algo Selling), Customer Satisfaction (NPS), Value Creation (BDR Productivity and performance in BEES accounts vs. non-BEES accounts), and Marketplace (new revenue streams for wholesalers and ABI)Defines and manages wholesaler ambitions on content calendar and utilization of new BEES levers to drive sales, wholesaler sizing & RTM transformation, and adoption goalsDeploy new BEES features within broader wholesaler universe, working to define deployment backlog & coordinate necessary developmentWork closely with wholesalers to build SOP's and manage technical migrations onto BEES ecosystem as they deploy new features and tools within the BEES ecosystemWork with Global development teams to ensure sufficient capacity for onboarding; responsible for driving utilization of tools & DNRResponsible for working with wholesaler to define the future of wholesaler commercial (e.g., digital comms, algo personalization)Collects feedback, identifies product issues, and defines product backlog with product users - translates into user stories and fixes relevant concernsJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree Required3-5 Years of Technology & Sales Strategy, Field Sales Experience, or Related ExperienceStrong sales capabilities & ability to train & interact positive with front-line sales professionalsHighly organized (preferable if familiar with project management software - e.g., JIRA)Skilled at holding third parties and internal / external counterparts accountableFamiliarity with three-tier system preferredBased in NYC CSO or STLWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
