Account Manager The Account Manager Role The Account Manager will support company revenue goals by owning a portfolio of evolvedMD's ongoing customer relationships. From executive level business to operations, this individual will serve as the voice and advocate for both the customer to evolvedMD and evolvedMD to the customer. A truly cross-functional and collaborative role, this individual works closely across departments (implementation, clinical services, recruitment, and marketing) to constantly assess needs, troubleshoot challenges, and provide proactive solutions. Part customer relationship manager, part strategic sales representative, this role's highest priority will be maximizing revenue for each customer by providing world-class customer service, identifying and unlocking additional revenue opportunities with existing customers, and being the go-to person on everything customer related. Location This position is based out of evolvedMD's corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Traveling to clinics within Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and other states will be required. Travel 25-30% Compensation * Base Salary + Variable Compensation Bonus: $65-$80K DOE * $1,200 annual technology allowance * 401(k) company match up to 3% Your Experience, Background, and Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a similar field and/or equivalent professional experience of 3+ years * Sales experience a plus, but not required * Compassionate about the delivery of "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing" * Open and collaborative mindset that is strongly rooted in passion and integrity * Relationship-driven individual with proven track record of dynamic engagement of both internal and external stakeholders * Self-starter who can operate autonomously * Strategic thinker with a bias for action * Adept at handling discussions with top-level leaders * Skilled in navigating and resolving complex issues * Attention to detail and a high level of organization Your Responsibilities * Owns a portfolio of evolvedMD' s customer relationships with the goal to maximize revenue by each account. * Provide a world-class customer experience, serving as evolvedMD's lead business contact to management all customer needs and opportunities. * Problem-solve for a variety of internal and external issues with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams within evolvedMD to best serve internal and external stakeholder needs while driving account optimization. * Deliver strategic sales opportunities by building and maintaining high customer satisfaction, laying the foundation for additional revenue growth and business development goals. * Special projects related to improving and/or scaling our operational model, including in new geographic markets Your Key Collaborators * Vice President of Sales- Oversees the customer lifecycle at evolvedMD, from new business development to customer onboarding to ongoing high-level relationship management. * Chief Commercial Officer (Collaborator) - Responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy. * Vice President of Commercial Operations - Oversees the launch, implementation, and ongoing project management of customer sites while leading customer health and performance tracking/management. * Revenue Integrity Specialist - evolvedMD's Subject Matter Expert on billing and coding CoCM, provides financial and billing education and support to our partners. * Marketing Manager -Oversees external marketing and communications, customer campaigns and partner collateral. * Implementation Team - Manages the necessary tasks to implement clinical sites including business operations support and clinical training. * Clinical Services Team - Supervises evolvedMD's Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs) who deliver patient care at our customer sites * Recruitment Team - Leads the recruitment and placement of BHMs at customer sites.
