An exciting position for a manufacturing professional looking to leadGaining a specialized expertise with innovative projects and room for growthAbout Our ClientWith state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Japan, along with local sales offices worldwide and on-site applications support, my client supplies top-tier semiconductor manufacturers with a diverse range of products and services essential for the semiconductor manufacturing process.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement work schedules to support a 24/5 operation, efficiently utilizing available manpower in alignment with production demands.Identify and communicate equipment and material needs with management, engineering, and maintenance to address constraints and concerns.Operate with minimal supervision, making independent decisions according to established procedures and protocols, and understand MOC, ECN, and SETCO requirements when implementing decisions.Foster individual team member development and track performance in line with HR policies and procedures, providing training and certification at the job task level.Participate in daily Production Scheduling meetings to align the production department with any schedule changes and operational requirements.Ensure GMP compliance among direct reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, while driving high-quality standards by adhering to established policies and procedures. Write, review, and approve standard operating procedures and work instructions.Promote a positive work environment to foster a culture focused on safety and quality.Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, building rapport with all levels within the organization.Ensure departmental adherence to required training modules (CBTs, monthly safety meetings, etc.), and enhance team dynamics through meetings and individual communication.The supervisor is primarily responsible for driving operations by effectively overseeing production, ensuring accountability, and filling gaps as needed to support daily activities.
