ContactUs Communications is based in Columbus, Ohio and is currently looking for individuals for our client's need.Customer Support RepresentativeTraining Starts: October 7, 2024Production Hours: 24/7Schedule: Based on Client NeedLocation: Work from homeAbout The Customer Support Representative Position:The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the customer's needs are met via inbound calls. The rep will provide exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions, including processing transactions. What a typical day looks like: Candidates will be scheduling rides to doctor appointments. Agents will be calling for process resolution and escalation.
