One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician at one of their residential communities in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspect of the community is up to standards - this includes keeping rental units in a ready condition, answering tenant work order requests, doing apartment inspections, conducting building walks on a daily basis, manage inventories for building supplies and troubleshooting any building equipment. Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance; strong background in residential community/apartment housing environments- Universal CFC/EPA certification- Certified Pool Operator- Great communication and customer service skills- Ability to manage a work order / CMMS system- Ability to pass a background check Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
