Mary Giuliani Catering and Events is seeking cooks to assist with production at our commissary kitchen in preparation for our busy Fall season. The ideal candidate(s) will come to the table with an advanced skillset and be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as be team players for our thriving business. Prep Cook Qualifications: 1. Graduate of a top tier culinary school preferred, but not required 2. Minimum 1 year experience working in off site catering, in a commissary or large scale production 3. Strong knife skills 4. Be able to multitask while maintaining the consistency and quality of our product 5. Be able to follow directions and recipes 6. A desire to learn and grow within the company 7. Knowledge of pastry is a plus but not required There will also be an opportunity to work off-site at events as an Event Chef or Kitchen Assistant.
