The PMO Manager is responsible for fostering the ongoing development and motivation of team members, ensuring adherence to Armanino's core values and goals. This ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality projects, solutions, and services to clients. In addition, the PMO Manager will oversee the execution of key client projects, utilizing expertise in project management, client relations, and facilitation to drive successful project outcomes while ensuring all deliverables exceed client expectations. Job Responsibilities: * Lead and manage multiple Dynamics FSC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. * Supervise and mentor a team of project managers working on FSC projects, providing guidance and performance feedback. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. * Ensure projects align with PMO methodologies and company standards. * Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders. * Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, promoting best practices in project management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years of project management experience * Proven experience managing and mentoring project managers. * PMP or similar project management certification preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The compensation range for this position is as follows: $131,700 - $178,200 (Colorado), $144,900 - $196,000 (Washington, New York, and Southern California), $151,450 - $204,950 (Northern California). Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
