Requirements and Duties: 10 plus year of experiece in sushi restaurant Willing to train and work under current Head Chef Food ordering from Japanese Fish Market and vendors Hiring, training and managing Sushi LIne staff Inventory Management Compensation and Benefits: Salary $130k-$150k Benefits available after 90 days.
