Job Summary The Busser is responsible for assisting the servers in preparing and cleaning tables and ensuring that the dining area remains clean. Additionally, the busser is responsible for ensuring that the server stations remain fully stocked. General Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for resetting each table between guests, replenishing drinks for guests when necessary, removing empty dishes from tables, and cleaning the floors and tables after service Assisting guests with queries requests and redirecting as Ensuring that the menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned, polished and replenished between Folding utensils in napkins Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen Delivering food to tables when Servers are Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate larger Always present a clean and professional Interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and team Reporting any damages, shortages, and complaints to the Tidying the restaurant and ensuring that it is prepped for the following Any other tasks as assigned. Job Summary The Runner is responsible for delivering completed food dishes and/or drinks to tables once a food order or drink order has been prepared from the kitchen and bar. Acts as a key liaison between the FOH and kitchen, and clear communication is essential. General Duties and Responsibilities: Carry completed dishes and/or drinks from kitchen or bar to appropriate guest Set up and restock workstation in the kitchen before their shift, break down stations and the end of shift. Ensure guests have silverware appropriate for their Make guests aware of any hot plates to ensure guests' Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. Knowledge of food and drink Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all Assist guests with requests after delivering food and/or Always present a clean and professional Interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and team Any other tasks as asssigned.
