The Caminos program provides a safe, secure placement option for these children who are seeking opportunities for reunification with family and the chance to pursue their education and immigration cases. Do you have the leadership skills to effectively coach and mentor employees who work in direct care, clinical, and supervisory positions?Do you have proven experience upholding standards of trauma informed care for clients?This role will allow you to ensure the creation of strong systems and methods for performance excellence for an interdisciplinary and collaborative team.
