This role is ideal for a candidate with proven leadership experience in manufacturing environments, strong expertise in lean manufacturing practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with organizational goals, implement process improvements, manage team performance, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. Success in this role will require excellent communication skills, a talent for motivating teams, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational performance. * Lead and supervise a team of 10-25 employees to maintain efficient manufacturing operations. * Implement daily processes and monitor team performance against established metrics. * Communicate job expectations clearly to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. * Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance operational performance. * Evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback to team members. * Manage employee selection, training, scheduling, and coaching to support overall team development. * Incorporate new products, processes, and materials into a lean manufacturing environment. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments across different locations to support IGT's global customer base. * Apply creative and analytical skills to make independent, effective business decisions that ensure operational efficiency. * Maintain a safe working environment by following and enforcing safety standards. Qualifications * 2-5 years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment, including daily operations oversight. * Bachelor's Degree preferred in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * Experience in manufacturing distribution, including supply chain and inventory management. * Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, with an understanding of production line processes. * Strong leadership skills focused on team development and a positive work environment. * SAP experience or knowledge relevant to manufacturing operations. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to meet performance goals. * Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols. * Skilled in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines. * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Competent in analyzing data, assessing performance, and reporting findings clearly. * Clear and effective verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders. * Able to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage change effectively. * Reliable and dependable, with a consistent record of attendance and meeting deadlines. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
