Crumbl is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to manage and oversee the development of creative/marketing campaigns. This role focuses on tracking the production of campaign shoots, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion. The position involves close collaboration with marketing, creative, and kitchen teams to develop detailed schedules, budgets, and timelines for each campaign. Ensuring that all departments are aligned and problem solving any issues in the production timeline promptly is key. Responsibilities * Ensure all timelines for shoot development, from concept to release, are followed and adjusted as needed. * Align and communicate closely with marketing, creative, and Kitchen teams to develop campaign shot lists, schedules, budgets, and timelines. * Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments throughout the product development process. * Coordinate campaign shoot schedules, regularly review reports, and proactively recommend solutions for any deviations or issues in the timeline. * Assist photo and video production efforts, including location scouting, talent selection, and prop sourcing. * Participate in pre-production meetings to ensure workflows are optimized for efficiency and accuracy. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Brand Project management to support the overall goals of the department. Requirements * A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. * In lieu of a degree, 2-3 years of hands-on experience in photo and video production coordination, project management, or a related role in the creative or marketing industries. * Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or production-related certifications could be a plus but are not required. * Understanding of video and photo shoot setup, takedown, and equipment management, including lighting, camera operation, and basic post-production workflows. * Ability to create and maintain detailed production schedules and track the progress of multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Ability to manage relationships with talent, crew, and cross-functional teams to foster a positive, productive working environment. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address on-set issues and maintain smooth operations. * Team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions and pre-production meetings.
