Seasonal Field Technician We are looking for seasonal team members to join our install team this Fall. No prior production experience is necessary, our team will show you everything you need to know. * Hours: M-F 6:00AM - 5:00PM * Pay: $20 * Length: up to 3 months Job Summary: Your duties include traveling to business or schools installing Interactive Flat Screen Panels, troubleshooting problems with existing equipment, testing connections, providing user instructions to customers, and cleaning up after the job is complete. Position Duties/Responsibilities: * Efficiently and safely being able to load and unload trailers. * Being able to properly lift panels and secure them on frames. * Knowledgeable about prepping the panels before they are installed. * Understands how to complete installs/re-installs, must be able to hang panels on all wall types and put together mobile stands. * Proficiency in hanging frames, connecting surges and cable whips. * Must be able to know how to troubleshoot ActivPanels * Proficient in filling out electronic forms. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the department, communicate them to the Supervisor. * Effectively and efficiently work within a team to achieve dependability and successful KPI's while maintaining quality and safety. * Assist other teams in accomplishing various tasks, as needed, or assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work well as part of a team. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Must have basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Ability to go out of town for 2-3 days at a time. Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. Essential and Physical Requirements: * Must have a valid Driver's license and safe driving record. * Ability to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 200 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job. * Prolonged periods of both sitting as well as standing, walking, and stooping. * Must be able to lift 100+ pounds continuously. * Ability and willing to work flexible hours.
