What you will do: As our Field Service Technician, you will assist other Field Service Technicians in testing, successful start-up and commissioning of new pump system projects. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps in the shop and in the field. Our products help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources- Water! This position works in our Madison, WI location. The job: Every day, your primary role will be to troubleshoot, maintain and repair water and wastewater pumps. You will use power tools and a truck hoist in the shop and field. This job is mainly daytime hours with very few overnight stays as you will drive to and from job sites throughout Wisconsin. The skills you need: To succeed in this role, you must possess general mechanical knowledge and ability in addition, experience with pump repairs and maintenance is beneficial. You must be able to operate hand and power tools. A working knowledge of pump operation and application is preferred. You must be able to work safely around heavy mechanical equipment.
