We were chosen the #1 Best Place to Work for 2015!Position ResponsibilitiesPerform regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipmentProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production and facility equipment Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service tasksManage equipment calibration statusCoordinate repair and calibration work with vendorsDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjustReport any equipment malfunctions or unusual failures to managementComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasExecute preventative maintenance plans for all facility equipment and systemsCommunicate all necessary safety information and safety hazards connected with work being performedAssist with maintaining daily operations of the facility, including supply replenishment, housekeeping, restroom & breakroom maintenanceMaintain & monitor all electrical, mechanical & plumbing systemsPerform audits to support facility planningSupport maintenance & mechanics duties such as spot painting, light construction, and cleanup, using hand and power tools as necessary Support the installation of new equipment Assist with spare parts inventory managementMay train or direct other team members as appropriateOther duties as assignedRequired education and experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalitiesSound judgment and discretional skills and able to work with little or no supervisionMust be able to consistently work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projectsMust be able to obtain a valid, current, and non-probationary driver's licenseExcellent written and oral communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Preferred education and experienceAssociate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolTechnical vocational training Knowledge of automation systemsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of CADExperience as an Electrician and/or HVAC Technician A competitive salary is commensurate with experience.
