Opportunity Snapshot:Compensation: $49.50/hourLocation: Houston, TXWork Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9 hours, Friday, 4 hoursAssignment Duration: Long term, 12 months +Benefits: Comprehensive insurance including medical, vision and dental, and 401kMust have 5+ years midstream experienceMust have 5+ years' midstream related experience Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned locationAssist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projectsAgent will be required to prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claimsPrepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real propertyIdentify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agenciesInvestigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claimsRequires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or related experience is required5+ years midstream experienceAbility to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and platsHas database experienceHas some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)Must have attention to detailMust be able to work independently or with a teamMUST have midstream / gathering system experience The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
