We are seeking an individual who can reflect our standard for hospitality inward while finding exceptional new additions for our growing team. Summary of Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers to establish talent acquisition needs, plan thoughtful and realistic timelines, create and post job listings that are up to date and accurate, schedule and facilitate interviews, track candidates, and retain top talent staff. Lead and strengthen employee onboarding procedures, create, and implement training calendars, retraining initiatives and spearhead department and location specific orientation programs. Expand development programs to encourage internal advancement, refine the monitoring and appraisal of employee performance, and empower our people to find their version of success within our organization and beyond. Facilitate administrative tasks as requested such as email correspondence, scheduling, reporting, record keeping, event coordination, company-wide communications and so on. Manage local and federal postings and permits, process DOH renewals and related applications, and ensure all locations are compliant and up to date with current requirements. Assist CPO in all human resource functions, including but not limited to establishing and updating company policies, plan and administer organization-wide training, assist with benefit rollouts, implement any updates to HR related software systems, employee apparel distribution and inventory management, and so on. Foster an inclusive, employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, transparency, sincerity, and commitment to Breads Bakery's values. Maintain a "˜Yes' mindset and troubleshoot through any obstacles that may arise; govern service recovery as needed with professionalism and sincerity. Rotate to locations as needed; ability to adjust and adapt gracefully to unexpected changes. Skills and Requirements Experience in a recruitment, management and/or administrative role (>1 years experience strongly preferred) Background in hospitality and/or the food and beverage industry (>2-year experience preferred) Commitment to providing exceptional service and genuine experiences Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional aptitude for problem solving- ease in dissecting ambiguous situations and providing thoughtful recommendations on next steps Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and related applications- this role requires above average technological literacy Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift 50+lbs occasionally Necessary documentation to legally work in the United States Must be 18 years of age or older
