THE JOB: As a VIP Services Representative, you will be responsible for booking personalized experiences for our loyal guests. You are responsible for handling calls from guests invited to exclusive casino events and those receiving gaming promotions. By making customers feel appreciated based on their gaming activity, your responsible for encouraging repeat visits and loyalty. You are also responsible for promoting the benefits of the MGM Rewards program. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. THE STARTING RATE: $20/hr THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Politely and efficiently handle calls from guests responding to casino offers and event invites. * Manage multiple tasks by entering guest information into different reservation systems accurately. * Help with all aspects of their stay, including booking, changing, or canceling hotel, dining, events, entertainment, flights, and other services. * Decide on complimentary offers and services based on the guest's gaming activity. * Settle accounts and apply complimentary services according to the rules. * Anticipate guest needs and suggest additional services to maximize revenue. * Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues and assist with guest recovery and escalations. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. * Has at least 2 years of experience in casino marketing, hotel front desk, call centers, or hotel concierge roles.
