Job Type Full-timeDescriptionKey position that directly contributes to the success of the company, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing company's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, sales support to the sales team, ensuring that both of their needs are met efficiently. Join our team and be part of a company dedicated to excellence in customer satisfaction.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Responding to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and in person.2) Processing orders and managing order scheduling3) Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner4) Providing product information and guidance to customers5) Collaborating with manufacturing, and other departments to address customer concerns6) Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions7) Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes8) Assisting in creating and updating customer service policies and procedures9) Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers10) Providing support to the sales team as needed11. Models' behaviors by demonstrating safety, quality, punctuality, teamwork, cooperation, workmanship and effective communication.12. Ensures that customers receive their purchased product(s) and troubleshoots any issues with the product.13. Ensures ERP system and any documents required are completed timely and accurately, catches any errors in processing while making suggestions to assist with production.14. Understands the need for excellent documentation and well-defined procedures. 15. Works under pressure and can adapt to differing demands with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload. 16. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to be proactive while also being able to follow instructions and provide support to the Site Manager and all other areas to maintain a cooperative atmosphere.17. Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferredPrior customer service experience in a manufacturing or related industry is a plusAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of manufacturing processes and products is beneficialProficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and customer service software systems KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrated ability to understand and/or operate all related equipmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOrganizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learnStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesSalary Description $22 - $27 / Hr
