This client has reached an annual revenue of $9 Billion Dollars by setting clear long-term goals and creating a culture built around collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.Opportunity: Indefinite ContractSchedule: Tuesday to Saturday (9AM to 3PM)Location: Tampa, FLResponsibilities: Assist customers and business partners through telephone and email communication. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience. Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot customer issues. Monitor and track the progress of delivery routes. Scan and verify haul-away pods and stamps for accuracy. Manage changes or cancellations of delivery orders.Qualifications: Experienced in using Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to effectively resolve issues. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to perform well under pressure while consistently delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.Category Code: JN003
