Reeb an SBP Brand is currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our VALUES based organization. Perks of working at Reeb Millwork: * Competitive Pay * Quarterly Bonus (Eligible Day 1) * Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision * Company-Paid Life Insurance & Disability * 401(k) with Employer match * Paid Vacation & Holidays ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Perform necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, or rebuilding of components to restore equipment to proper operation. * Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements * Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and/or breakdowns * Use repair manuals, parts manuals and parts diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions or other components on the equipment * Use lift trucks and other aides to lift or move parts into position to be repaired * Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, drain fluids, assemble equipment, clean and test parts/equipment on engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions and other components. * Perform all necessary safety checks on the equipment per policy and procedures * Replace pumps, batteries, radiators, bearings, seals, wiring, fuel lines, nozzles, tests float valves, alternators and plugs * Accurately and neatly document each service and repair, providing the necessary paperwork * Maintain serviceability, accountability and parts inventory of all forklift and material handling equipment * Provide well maintained personal tools required to effectively perform equipment service duties * Keep work are neat, clean and hazard free Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), Experience : 2+ years with mechanical, electrical, diesel and hydraulic verifiable experience. Factory training and certification in diagnostic software. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience a plus. Valid Driver's License required. Excellent written, organization, communication and service skills required. SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills Computer diagnostic skills Certificates & Licenses Valid Driver's License required. Safe driver history/record required for insurance and liability reasons. ASE master mechanic certification preferred. Other Requirements * Must be able to read and understand English * Must be able to work with hand, pneumatic and power tools as well as welding equipment * Must have own tools * Good hand and eye coordination * Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor and work independently We are proud to have the best team in our industry.
