In-Room Dining Assistant Manager Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our In-Room Dining service. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional product quality and guest satisfaction while upholding the Casa Tua standards and philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Efficiently manage daily In-Room Dining operations, ensuring high standards of product quality and guest satisfaction. Service Excellence: Uphold Casa Tua's service standards to guarantee an exceptional guest experience. Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Food and Beverage menu, including item descriptions and allergen information. Manual Development: Revise, develop, and create service manuals to ensure that service remains elegant and precise. Scheduling: Oversee and manage In-Room Dining staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Effectively manage a diverse team, including Reservationists, Order Takers, Prep Assistants, and Supervisors. Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks and manage stock levels to support seamless operations. Station Setup: Ensure each service station is properly set up and maintained.
