We do so because as a coworker of Leppo, we are all guided by the Leppo Way.What is Customer Support?: In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience demonstrating the Leppo Way by engaging and interacting with customers via all modes of interaction (phone, email, in-person, etc.). You will manage the duties on the counter and provide service to customers, as well as be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.Business Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through FridayWhat will I be doing in this role?Provide support to both internal and external customers by answering and directing calls appropriately, Assist walk-in customers while always providing exceptional customer service to customersAnswer questions and educate customers regarding products and services offered.Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communicationsAssist with billing and credit invoices to support business needs.
