As part of our culinary leadership team, you'll play a key role in crafting elevated dishes that reflect the sophistication of our lounge. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and maintaining budget oversight for the lounge's culinary operations. Support menu planning and creation, ensuring dishes meet the high standards expected by our elite clientele. Lead the execution of catering events, ensuring top-notch service and presentation. Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams. Supervise hourly kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to preparation, sanitation, and presentation standards. Preferred Qualifications: A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certificate and experience. Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high-volume, fine-dining environments. Catering experience is a plus. Strong understanding of food trends with a focus on quality, production, food safety, and cost controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet applications.
