Responsabilities: - Oversee the FOH mise en place before service - Allocate tasks to FOH members -Conduct pre-service meeting -Set up the floorplan depending on the reservations - Take reservations over the phone and by email - Make sure communication between the kitchen and services is on point (specials, 86, item modifications) - Prepare a reservation sheet pre-service to inform the kitchen of special requests and allergies - Oversee the sevice and help where needed - Oversee the closing tasks - Close register and allocate tips properly. - Fill out end of the shift report
