Position Summary: The role of Experience Concierge is at the cornerstone of exceptional member service. Your primary responsibility is to curate personalized experiences for our members, connecting them to the most exclusive services and facilities both within and beyond New York City. You will serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating their needs and delivering bespoke solutions that exceed expectations. The role involves offering information, making arrangements, and coordinating services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay or visit. An impeccable attention to detail and maintaining knowledge of their preferences and our offerings at CORE: NY. The ideal candidate would be able to connect with our Members in a highly personalized fashion even without being face to face. They bring hospitality to the tone of their words both written and verbally. Responsibilities and Duties: Personalized Member Care: Cultivate deep relationships with our members, understanding their unique preferences and lifestyle requirements. Elite Service Coordination: Seamlessly connect members to a curated network of world-class services, including luxury travel, dining, entertainment, and wellness within our CORE: spaces and without. Develop and maintain working relationships with local businesses, restaurants, hotels and services. Exclusive Facility Management: Ensure the impeccable operation of our club facilities,providing an inviting environment for members. Knowledge Management: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the luxury and hospitality industries to provide informed recommendations. Coordinate communication, including calls, reservations, and members services. Ensures prompt, friendly, and warm response to members' requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction Ensure that current information on suite availability, cultural events and building happenings are available at the front and that all coordinators are informed. Welcome and connect with members as well as collect any intelligence (information) and add to member's profile, and used such intelligence to create emorable experience for the members Process mail, messages, and packages Assist with office inventory Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the club; working as a team with all areas to ensure consistent levels of service throughout the club and guest satisfaction Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role. Experience in a private members club preferred Must be able to multi-task, answer high volume phone lines and respond professionally to inquiries, both written and verbal with strong organizational and time management abilities. Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to quickly communicate promptly with management to resolve problem under pressure Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Advanced knowledge of New York City and its elite offerings. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM, reservation systems).
