A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment. Competitive Pay Top Rated Earnings Excellent Training and Development Opportunities Complimentary Employee Meals Referral Bonuses Qualification/Responsibilities: The Busser is an essential member of the dining room trio - which includes the Captain and the Food Runner. Bussers re responsible for table maintenance, such as clearing finished dishes, refilling beverages, marking settings for the next course, and ensuring the flow of service. Bussers also assist Captains with wine and beverage service and may assist with tableside service such as fish filleting and meat carving Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have 3 years of related experience; those with fine dining upscale and/or luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred. Must be able to communicate in and understand English. Must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Must be able to work at a rapid pace and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail . Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift at least 50 pounds.
