A robust and creative menu highlights heirloom ingredients with a modern twist - a raw bar, guacamole with king crab, a la carte tacos and shareable plates like Tomahawk Ribeye and Whole Grilled Fish. The team is seeking Servers who love classic Mexican cocktails and cuisine, but more importantly providing a unique experience to patrons. At least 2 years of prior experience as a Server in a busy and well-established restaurant in the metro area. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, basic wine varietals, and beer styles.
