About the Team: Led by Chef Marie-Aude Rose, celebrated for her tenure at Spring Restaurant in Paris, and Chef Rodriguez, whose career includes prestigious roles at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Quince, Lazy Bear, and Atelier Crenn. Together, they blend classical French training with avant-garde practices to offer a thoughtful reimagining of French cuisine. Now Hiring: A skilled Pastry Cook with an eagerness to perfect their craft of classic French pastries and desserts.
