We are a WBE owned and operated, farm-to-table food hospitality group that prides itself on crafting dishes with local flair through partnerships with regional farmers and vendors. Full-time and part-time hours are available at our South Loop location, August opening Pilsen and 2024 Bridgeport locations. Baristas We are looking for baristas who appreciate made-from-scratch beverages and locally sourced ingredients. Ideal candidates respect their tools and equipment, pay attention to detail, and maintain consistency and cleanliness. Our ticket average is higher than a coffee shop, given our full food menu and chef-driven kitchen. Currently our baristas can expect to make between $22-$34/hour (base + tips). Front of House (FOH) You should support a welcoming customer service environment and guide guests in making decisions about our locally sourced products, and create a welcoming environment which will include roles as a cashier, food runner and working expo. You will be responsible for performing these roles on a daily/ weekly basis. FOH Management We are looking for organized and reliable individuals with past leadership or management experience. You will be responsible for leading daily operations of the restaurant, managing all front of house operations including staff management, physical restaurant maintenance, and hospitality. Positions are available in our South Loop Cafe and Pilsen Kitchen and Market. Pastry Assistant, Lead Baker, and Bakers We need organized, detail-oriented individuals with real pastry kitchen or bakery experience. You must maintain high quality, consistency, and cleanliness in our new kitchen and bakery space. Positions are available in both retail and for wholesale scratch bakery operations. Kitchen Staff (BOH) We are hiring peeps for our kitchen team. You will work semi-independently and with the team, focusing on using locally sourced and in-season produce. Attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness are crucial. All of our current Kitchen Manager and Sous Chefs have been with us over several years - some since we opened our doors. BOH Management We are hiring back of house leaders with the desire to honor and use local and sustainably sourced ingredients. You must maintain high quality, consistency, and cleanliness in our kitchen. Ideal candidates have previous experience leading a crew/line, breakfast experience, scratch kitchen experience is a plus. Prep Cook/Dishwasher We are looking for an individual who works well with others. You should effectively prioritize tasks and maintain quality, consistency, and a clean, organized environment in the dish and surrounding kitchen area.
