Culinary Coordinator

We work hard, make people happy, and have fun while we are doing it!  We are seeking a Culinary Coordinator to support the Culinary Department of Michelin starred restaurants Rose's Luxury, Little Pearl, Pineapple and Pearls, and our Extra Fancy catering company.  The culinary coordinator is a critical role that assists the Senior Culinary Manager through office administration, calendar coordination, and working the expo station during service.  This is a unique position that requires an independent and responsible individual with an emphasis on team-work. This person has incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and excels with written and verbal communication. Strong computer skills and spreadsheet capabilities are required. Extensive knowledge and interest in food and culinary is preferred.
