We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to join Rose's Restaurant Group to support our Michelin starred restaurants Rose's Luxury, Little Pearl, Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our unapologetically fun events company. The restaurant operations coordinator is a critical role that assists the Senior Leadership Team through office administration support for the overall day-to-day operations and one-off projects for our various teams and departments. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to dish/menu costing, coordinating calendar invites, booking travel and accommodations, inventory, and small event logistics. This is a diverse position that requires an independent and responsible individual with an emphasis on team-work. This person has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and spreadsheet capabilities are required. Their success relies heavily on spatial awareness, time management, and communication.
