Duties - Help oversee staffing, menu development, costs and organization of this new kitchen. - Develop and maintain a high standard of food quality in this excellent, high visibility location. - Maintain high level of organization, cleanliness and food safety. - Help maintain food costs and labor costs to industry standards - Help develop brunch and on premise banquet programs. Experience - Minimum of five years experience as a chef/sous chef in a busy, fine dining setting. - Must be a great communicator and lead, bi lingual in Spanish is a plus. - NYC experience is a plus.
