Huda is seeking a line cook! Must be available for Wednesday to Sunday dinner service. This is a full-time position. The right candidate will start at the Garde Manger position. Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, a desire to learn and a team mentality are highly prized qualities. Please email us if interested to schedule an interview and trail. We are looking for people who are self motivated, have strong communication skills and confidence that they can become an integral member of our team. You should have an interest in learning classic cooking techniques, working with seasonal and artisinal ingredients and have the desire to bring detail and care to your work. We are a neighborhood bistro on a cozy corner of Williamsburg near the Lorimer-Metropolitan L and G station. We offer a seasonal menu based on Lebanese and Syrian home cooking, using the best ingredients possible, gathered through relationships with like-minded producers of meat, fish and produce. Our tight-knit kitchen allows an opportunity for one to work closely with our owner, executive chef and chef de cuisine to execute a menu in an inspired setting with familiar service.
