Our goal is to be the preferred partner in the industries we serve.The position of Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various machinery and heavy equipment.Essential Functions:Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on all shop machinery and equipmentSchedule and perform preventative maintenance on the buildings and facilityRoutinely survey & inspect equipment, buildings, and facilityDiagnose and repair broken, or damaged shop equipment as neededPerform repairs on hand & electrical tools as neededIdentify potential hazards or unsafe machinery and make necessary repairs or replacementsSchedule and facilitate maintenance and repairs performed by outside contractorsService and maintain facility HVAC systems, ice machine, irrigation, & alarm system.Maintain an inventory or spare parts as necessaryPerform inspections & repairs on job site office containersKeep up to date documentation of equipment maintenance & repairsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
