Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:This is a full time position with shifts hours and overtime assigned as neededEffectively interact with customers both in person and on the phone.Schedule and organize dispatching for multiple plants and up to 50 trucksMust be able to use a computerized scheduling and tracking systemMust operate in a fast paced multi-tasking environmentStrong basic math skillsPositive, confident, can-do attitude requiredAll other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsRequirements:Strong phone skills -- verbal and active listening.Problem solving and analysis skills.Team work: Supportive, collaborative and cooperative.Detail oriented with strong data entry skills.Customer focus and adaptability to caller. Maintain a professional demeanour with internal and external clients. Maintain a professional and calm attitude under stressful situations.Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.Must be able to work in a high stress and fast paced environment.Knowledge of market geography.Ability to learn quickly in a highly fluid environment.Willingness to Learn business specific computer programs.Willingness to learn our products, their applications and our customers habits.Basic knowledge of concrete and the construction industry.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus. Or equivalent industry experience.Proficiency with computers, including Google GSuite and MS Office.Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
