Position Summary Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., is expanding our team of Parts professionals! in Philadelphia area PA Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a highly organized and responsible Field Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that parts and materials required for field operations are managed efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Coordinate the ordering, inventory, and delivery of parts and materials for field operations. * Perform systematic receiving of inventory in fleet management system. * Pick up and deliver inventory to field locations. * Retrieve inventory returns from field locations and return to vendors and/or ship to central warehouse. * Create weekly stock purchase orders * Work closely with the procurement team to track orders and manage supplier relationships. * Ensure accurate record-keeping for inventory and orders, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts. * Create and maintain accurate bin locations. * Maintain cleanliness of field parts storage locations, including ensuring parts are in correct place, fronted and faced, disposing of trash, and general housekeeping. * Coordinate the disposal of waste oil. * Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and prepare reports for management. * Collaborate with field staff to forecast parts and materials requirements, including additional stocking requirements. * Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to various field locations. * Address and resolve any issues related to parts shortages or discrepancies. * Provide support to field teams, offering solutions for operational efficiency for parts & materials. * Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies and Minimum Education Qualifications * Proven experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or a similar role. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Working Conditions * Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. * Manual dexterity to handle and manipulate parts and materials. * Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods. * Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching as required in a warehouse environment. * Good vision and hand-eye coordination for accurate inventory management. * Able to operate and use warehouse equipment necessary for parts handling. * Must be able to work in various weather conditions as some field locations may be outdoors. * Ability to drive and travel to different field sites when necessary. * This position operates in an outdoor environment, including storage units, and Conex boxes with exposure to all weather conditions. * This position will need to travel between storage locations in a company provided vehicle.
