Description:Responds accurately to a high volume of inbound calls.Recent staffing changes requiring additional resources outside of our normal in house hiring.Scheduling for Primary Care, refills and referralsResponds to all incoming calls and schedules appointments according to guidelines.Documentation of call is detailed and accurate.Demonstrates good judgement of advancing urgent calls.Enter patient demographics.Ability to multi-task with typing and talking simultaneously.Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate communicationEducation and experience requirements:High School graduate Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred.Computer and key boarding skill required.Education: High School
