We are looking for a Support Specialist who will help our customers thrive by solving technical support questions that come up as they use our ERP software to grow their businesses. Location Lancaster, PA or Moscow, ID with remote options Responsibilities Core responsibilities revolve around solving incoming support requests such as bugs, system crashes, technical issues and questions, utility errors, and other general questions to ensure our customers can continue to run their business well on the system. In this role you will: Respond to incoming customer requests (via phone call or ticket submission) and find long-term solutionsRun technical updates, upgrades, and server migrations for customersCollaborate with engineering on bug tracking and managing tickets to ensure resolutions are found and communicated back to the clientBecome a subject matter expert in our ERP softwareQualifications: Ability to learn a new software tool with many uses and identify how to improve current processesStrong troubleshooting skillsPassion for client success, and a drive to ensure the customer is blessedAbility to communicate well, both with clients and teammates, and to follow through on commitmentsExperience in finance or familiarity with financial processes, preferredWhy Join Koble?
