What You'll Do * Understand the core competencies and responsibilities across Guideline (owns MediaTools), IT Operations, Business Solutions, and Investment Teams, to facilitate communication and efficient workflow. * Conduct detailed project planning of MediaTools/ Guideline Planning schedule for phases, stages, steps and tasks including major and minor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, as well as parallel & critical paths. * Track progress and velocity, proactively communicating issues or setbacks and working towards a solution. * Effectively transition client media planning, along with all possible relevant connected functions (activation directives, invoicing) from excel í Media Tools/ Guideline Planning platform. * Develop a lasting process for the Horizon Next department to utilize when onboarding MediaTools in the future. What You've Done * 3 - 5 years of experience in related roles in a media agency (preferable), marketing, ad or mar-tech, software development, creative agency or consulting environment * Highly organized, detail / process / problem-solving oriented with an ability to perform under pressure in structured and unstructured environments * Expertise in core project / process management and collaboration toolset, such as Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello), Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, SharePoint or Box, MS Teams or Slack, Google Suite, etc. * Experience managing across the range of waterfall and agile project management methodologies * Experience / familiarity with MediaTools (owned by Guideline) * Comfortable working in a culture of high autonomy and results driven * Enjoys being in the weeds to understand the root of the problem, and then using creative thinking and collaborative techniques to come up with a solution * Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex requirements into clear and concise requirements * Demonstrates ability to stay on task and meet timelines Salary Range: $1,731.00 to $2,115.00 a week. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
