• Create and manage production incidents in collaboration with support and onboarding teams escalate issues based on customer impact• Work closely with product and engineering to resolve customer issues• Participate in critical incident response calls and servers and escalation point for customer support cases new line carefully evaluate alternate risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution• Follow up on root cause analysis to identify the underlying problems and device strategic solutions• Developing and maintaining long lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders• Actively respond to service request from client facing support teams, operations, risk control partners, etc• Plan, incident management and technical call facilitation and communications during critical outage situationsKey Skills:# incident management , # Production Support , # Java , # Springboot Minimum Experience : 10 Yrs Roles & Responsibilities:• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture• Write clean, scalable code using Python programming languages• Test and deploy applications and systems• Revise, update, refactor and debug code• Improve existing software• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical supportEducation:A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
