EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION:Schedule: Monday to Friday / full-time / 6:30am - 3:30pm, OT as neededLocation: 205 Avenue B, Youngwood, PA 15697HUNTER TRUCK OFFERS:Benefits in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance & more401(k) Retirement InvestmentsIncentive PlansReferral BonusPaid TrainingEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSValid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.Valid commercial driver's license required; class A preferred and must meet company insurability standards.Must be able to drive across county and state linesAutomotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferredMedium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification preferredESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.Check with the Parts Manager, Wholesale Representative, Inventory Control Administrator, or Shipping and Receiving Clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries.Verify parts on paperwork match delivery and pick up.Keep an accurate log book per DOT rules and regulationsKeep an accurate log of all mileages and fuel stops per DOT rules and regulations for state fuel tax purposesTurn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.Handle basic maintenance of the truck including filling fuel / DEF tank, checking oil / coolant, keeping interior and exterior clean, and making sure required inspections are performed daily.Advise Parts Manager if truck is in need of repairs and maintenance.Work in a team environment.Maintain professional appearance.Adhere to and promote all existing health and safety policies in the workplace to reinforce the Hunter culture of a safe work environmentAll candidate offers are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Interested in learning more about Hunter or our other openings visit /careers and join our talent community.
