Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to our team in Pasadena, Ca Metro Region. Job Summary: Collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and ensures service standards including execution, delivery and retention are achieved. Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients, by phone, in writing and in person. The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities: * Provides daily administrative support to designated Producers, and Account Executives, and clients. Support includes but is not limited to * gathering and preparing renewal information such as loss runs, certificate lists, supplementals, current exposure schedules, and recommending coverage enhancements to the Account Executive, etc. * process endorsement requests, certificates of insurance, cancellations, audits, submissions, etc. * confident in online rating with various carriers and coverages * process daily incoming mail and phone calls by responding promptly and appropriately * Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to clients through, verbal and written correspondence * Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; inform and educate clients about coverage's, exclusions, exposures * Determines if agency or direct billing and invoices accordingly. * Reviews audits of policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier Position Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years in a retail agency or related experience in the insurance industry * Handled at least 1M revenue book * Working Knowledge of EPIC * Construction experience highly preferred * Knowledge of insurance coverage's and an ability to communicate this clearly to clients and underwriters. * Keeps informed regarding industry information, and new product information. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage work load. * Computer literate with experience using Word and Excel. * Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude, and willingness to help others. * Able to work under pressure and time constraints in a fast paced environment with significant telephone and personal interruptions. * Good attendance. * High school diploma, college degree preferred
