If a position is listed with both office locations and virtual offerings, Comcast may be willing to consider candidates who live greater than 100 miles from the office for the remote option.)Job SummaryJob DescriptionDUTIES: Perform product management throughout the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including analyzing user needs and developing product requirements and user stories, developing product roadmaps; work in an Agile development environment; analyze data to inform product development; work on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products; set product vision and strategy; manage relationships with stakeholders; develop AI/ML-driven solutions in collaboration with ML researchers and domain experts; build the ML based Recommendations and Decision Engine; develop the Personalization strategies for initiatives including Xfinity Assistant Welcome Experience and Proactive Notifications; identify customer problems and how Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Natural Language Understanding (NLU) can be leveraged to solve customer user issues; establish metrics to measure effectiveness and to drive improvements to NLP/NLU efforts; discover opportunities to apply NLP/NLU to solve business problems across the various digital channels; build consensus with product managers from partnering teams on what to develop next; communicate product priorities across the organization; design market research in the form of surveys, interviews, and focus groups in collaboration with user researchers; partner with UX design team to create best user experiences; collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure customer awareness and engagement for products; conduct competitive analysis and study industry trends; and guide and mentor junior-level employees. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience working in an Agile development environment; of which one (1) year includes performing product management throughout the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including analyzing user needs and developing product requirements and user stories, and developing product roadmaps; analyzing data to inform product development; working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) products; setting product vision and strategy; and managing relationships with stakeholdersDisclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
